Tuition

Payment of tuition is DUE MONTHLY, BY THE FIRST DAY OF THE MONTH. Payment of tuition secures enrollment for your student on the team.

Tuition is late is paid after the TENTH DAY OF THE MONTH. The late tuition fee is $15. 

Third part payment prossessor charge a 3% processing fee. This fee is your responsibility and not The Diva University's. 

If your student is absent due for any reason: illness, vacation, or other activities, payment is STILL due IN FULL to continue to hold the spot in class for your student.

There is a 100% NO REFUND POLICY – this includes tuition, uniform fees, competition fees, demotion, suspension or termination from the team, acts of God, or any other reason not stated.

TUITION REMAINS THE SAME EACH MONTH REGARDLESS OF WHETHER IT IS A 5-WEEK MONTH, A SHORTENED MONTH DUE TO HOLIDAYS, OR CANCELED (PRE-PLANNED OR PLANNED) PRACTICES. Tuition is not prorated, refunded or credited for missed classes or holidays.

All accounts must be completely paid off by each performance in order for students to be able to participate.

Tuition must be paid in full before uniform orders, camp payments, workshop payments, field trips, travel fees, performance fees or any additional fee is credited. Any fees paid will be applied to tuition first.

If your student wishes to no longer be enrolled in Diva University, notification in writing is required for withdrawal. Any outstanding fees on the account must be paid in full upon withdrawal. Failure to turn in notification to the instructor will result in additional fees until written notification is received.
